General Terms and Conditions of Strogi Webshops - trading under the name RelaxT
Article 1 - Definitions
1.1 In these General Terms and Conditions the following definitions apply:
- "RelaxT": the trade name of Strogi Webshops, located in Zandvoorter Allee 10, 2106BW Heemstede.
- "Customer": the natural person or legal entity who makes a purchase via the RelaxT webshop.
- "Webshop": RelaxT's online store, which can be found at https://relaxt.shop.
- "CBD tea": the tea and related products offered by RelaxT.
Article 2 - Applicability
2.1 These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements between RelaxT and the customer.
Article 3 - Prices and Payment
3.1 All prices stated in the webshop are in Euros and include VAT.
3.2 Payment is made via the electronic payment methods offered during the checkout process. Orders are only shipped after receipt of payment.
Article 4 - Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Orders with a total amount of €25 or more will be shipped free of charge. For orders under €25, a shipping contribution of €5 will be charged.
4.2 RelaxT strives to ship orders as quickly as possible. However, delivery times depend on the postal deliverer and no rights can be derived from this.
Article 5 - Returns and Cancellations
5.1 Customers have the right to make a return report within 14 days of receiving the order.
5.2 Returns of opened packages, products with signs of use or damage cannot be accepted for hygienic reasons .
Article 6 - Privacy and Data
6.1 RelaxT only stores the necessary order data that is required for the processing and handling of orders. Please refer to the Privacy Policy on the website for more information.
